Scenario #2: We flip the first scenario around by providing a thorough inspection, estimate, and photos of any issues that may come up in the BINSOR report before listing the home for sale. Performing these repairs or replacement of the roof as needed prior to listing the home allowing you as the agent to get your buyer a higher asking price for their home, resulting in more profit for you and your client and peace of mind throughout the real estate transaction.
